At Superior Tech Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality SEO and digital marketing services with professionalism and transparency. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and sets clear expectations for both parties.

1. Nature of Services

Our services-including but not limited to Website Designing and Development, Website SEO, Landing Pages Marketing, Google Business Profile Optimization, and Google Ads Management-are customized, time-based, and labor-intensive. By engaging our services, the client agrees that these services involve planning, research, and execution phases that begin shortly after payment is made.

2. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and digital marketing are long-term strategies influenced by numerous external factors including industry competition, Google algorithm updates, and client website condition. While we follow proven best practices, we do not guarantee specific results (such as first-page rankings, traffic levels, or revenue).

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:
– Duplicate payment was made by error.
– No work has started within 5 business days of payment and the client requests cancellation in
writing.
– A service was mistakenly purchased or invoiced due to a technical or administrative error.
Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:
– Work has already commenced and/or deliverables have been partially or fully provided.
– The client fails to provide required access, content, or timely communication.
– The client has misunderstood the scope of work, timelines, or expected results.
– Dissatisfaction arising from expectations not grounded in our agreed scope or deliverables.

4. Service Start Timeline

We typically begin work within 24 hours of receiving payment and required access. By proceeding with payment, the client agrees to this timeline.

5. Monthly Services and Cancellation Terms

Website development services are provided on a one-time or monthly fee basis. SEO services are recurring and billed monthly.

Cancellation of recurring SEO services must be communicated in writing via email to [email protected] before the next billing cycle. It is mandatory to send a cancellation email, and failure to do so will result in continued billing.

6. Client Responsibilities

To deliver services effectively, the client must provide the following:
– Website SEO: Admin or Editor login credentials to the website.
– Google Business Profile Optimization: At least “Manager” access to the Google Business Profile.
– Google Ads Management: At least “Standard” access to the Google Ads account.
– Landing Pages Marketing: Relevant business information and goals.
Delays caused by lack of access or incomplete information from the client do not qualify for refunds.

7. Proof of Work

We maintain detailed, time-stamped records of services delivered, including:
– Keyword research and targeting
– SEO audits and technical improvements
– Backlink building
– Google Ads performance
– Video-based monthly SEO progress reports for better understanding
These records can be provided upon request and may be submitted as evidence in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.

8. Dispute Resolution

Clients are required to contact us directly at [email protected] before initiating any dispute or chargeback. We are fully committed to resolving issues in a fair, timely, and professional manner. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in project termination and forfeiture of any remaining deliverables.

9. Final Statement

By purchasing our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy in full. This policy helps ensure fair business practices and protects both parties from miscommunication or misuse.
